How does this happen!?!?!?!  On the only highway that connects two of Russia's largest cities, 3 feet of snowfall caused possibly the most epic traffic jam of all time... 125 MILES of backup!  Some people were stuck all weekend!  It got so bad, government aid had to bring psychological support to people, and set up tents on the side of the road with hot food and drinks to help people.  This. Is. Insane.  If/when it snows in Seattle... this better not happen!
