I'm a study in contradictions. I started in radio back when it was 45's, as in records but I'm an App nut and think my iPhone is physically connected to me. I'm a mom of twins but am organized like you wouldn't believe. I'm as slow as a penguin but I love nothing more than a good long run and refuse to get any faster. And I love the Seahawks! If that isn't the most heartbreaking thing ever, I don't know what is?

I run. A lot. I even tend to get jealous when I see others running and I can't because I have to do something unimportant like cook dinner or work. It's a sickness and I've taken it to lengths of traveling to a foreign country to run. A gallery of running and my running buddies.

We're live today from Disneyland and Disney's California adventure.

The whole place is dressed up for Christmas - the Christmas trees, the wreaths, special shows, Santa, Sleeping Beauty's Winter castle, and my favorite,

It's a small world holiday with 300,000 twinkling lights.
