Thru the years I have had many jobs and consider myself a bit of a Jack of all Trades. I know a little bit about lots of stuff but I dont know lots about anything.
I have sold Real Estate, worked in a record store, been a Barista, managed gas stations and car washes, sold stuff door to door, and even done some work as an Ordained Minister. Of course I have also held down a radio gig for a few years now.
But when I think back I guess you could say my first job was bagging groceries in my Grandaddy Bryants grocery store when I would visit him in Mississippi.
From the time I could first reach the counter I would sack groceries and he would pay me in firecrackers and candy bars. I took pride in my work and was actually pretty good AND pretty darn fast...which brings us to my meeting with Andrew Borracchini the nations fastest grocery bagger.
Andrew just won the Grocery Bagging National Championships in Las Vegas and he came into the studio to challenge myself and Luciana, who also says she is quick to bag her own, to a bag off. Who do you think won?
Watch this video to find out and also be sure to check out Andrew at the Metropolitan Market in West Seattle and later this month on David Letterman.
