Week three was about as bad as it gets for picking games straight up. I went 7-9 which is awful but actually better than some of the guys who do this for a living.Thankfully the replacement refs helped the Hawks a little Monday or it would have benn a worse week.

I am thrilled the real Refs are back and feel I cn pick winners with more confidence this week. Here they are.

Baltimore over Cleveland ( I promise I will be honest when I miss a Thursday night pick. So far I haven't. )

New England over Buffalo ( Bills are off to a great start but Pats NEED to win bad. )

Detroit over Minnesota ( If Stafford cant go the Vikes could win but I think he starts and plays well. )

Atlanta over Carolina ( If the Falcons can keep the players out of the Bars they could go a long way this season )

San Francisco over NY Jets ( Alex Smith shows the Big Apple that he is lots better than Rex Ryan thinks he is. )

San Diego over Kansas City ( Chiefs better than they have been in a long time but not good enough. )

Houston over Tennessee ( If Jake Locker can handle the Texans I will be truely impressed. Dont count on it. )

Seattle over St. Louis ( Even with real Refs the Hawks come out on top )

Arizona over Miami ( Have the Cards EVER gone 4-0? There is a first time for everything. )

Denver over Oakland ( Peyton Manning starts to get comfortable. )

Jacksonville over Cincinatti ( Going upset here. The Jags get a home win. )

Green Bay over New Orleans (Talented Saints will be 0-4. At least they wont have a coach to yell at them about it. )

Washington over Tampa Bay ( Teams are even EXCEPT at QB posistion. I'll take the Rookie. )

NY Giants over Philly ( I keep getting burned betting against the Eagles but I will get it right someday. )

Dallas over Chicago ( The Cowboys are good which is a REALLY good indicator of what kind of team we have in Seattle this year. )

There you have it. Remember, the Seahawks play on the road in an early game so brew yourself a pot of Java and enjoy !

 Cheers, Joe
